Yes. Every boost is a real, processed transaction — Boosted does not simulate activity or engagement.
The Boosted Board uses a weighted ranking system that rewards broad, genuine fan support rather than spending alone. The exact formula is not published, similar to most reputation systems, to help keep the ranking fair and resistant to manipulation.
Boosting is the number of people and pages you’ve boosted. Each one counts once, however many times you’ve boosted them. Tap the number to see who’s on the list.
Boosters is the number of real people who have boosted your posts. Each person counts once, and your own accounts never count. If someone keeps their support private, they’re included in the number but not named in the list.
Boosts given is how many Boosts you’ve made in total. Boosts on your own posts, or on posts from your other accounts, aren’t included.
Engagements count the Boosts, comments, shares and reposts real people make on your posts. Your own activity doesn’t count, and neither does fake or spam activity. Tap the number to see the breakdown.
We check profile numbers regularly so they show real support. Each real person counts once, your own accounts and linked logins don’t count, and fake, flagged or spam activity is removed. When that happens, a number can go down slightly.
Boosted EARN is a revenue-sharing program currently in development. It is designed to let verified artists, creators, brands, and businesses earn a share of the boost revenue their own fans generate. Program terms will be published before launch.
Yes. Users can choose not to have their boosting activity publicly displayed.
