Boosted Ambassador Terms

The Boosted Ambassador program is operated by Settlr LLC, which operates Boosted and BoostedApp.live. These terms apply alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

• You must be 18 or older, which you confirm when you join.
• Your Boosted account must be in good standing.
• Accounts owned or operated by Boosted staff are not eligible.
• You must agree to these terms. Boosted EARN enrollment is not required.

Your code and link

When you join, you get a referral code and a link (boostedapp.live/r/YOURCODE). Your code is based on your handle and is yours alone. Codes can't be changed, transferred or reused.

How a referral is set

• A referral is set when someone signs up through your link or enters your code at signup.
• Someone who left the code blank at signup can add it themselves within 7 days of creating their account.
• A referral can only be set once. It can't be changed, removed or transferred later, and each account has only one referrer.
• Only new accounts can be referred. Accounts older than 7 days can't be.

What earns

You earn 10% of the real-money amount of each settled Boost on posts owned by an account you referred, for Boosts made during that account's first 180 days on Boosted. Free signup credit and gifted credit never count, no matter who spends them. Boosts paid by you, or by the referred account itself, don't earn.

Paid by Boosted, separate from creator earnings

Ambassador earnings are paid by Boosted. They never reduce what the creator earns through Boosted EARN or otherwise.

One level only

You earn only from accounts you referred directly, not from accounts they refer.

Pending, Available, refunds and chargebacks

These work the same as Boosted EARN. Each earning is Pending for 30 days starting from the date of the Boost it came from, then becomes Available. A refund or chargeback on that Boost within those 30 days reverses the earning. Once an earning is Available, a later refund or chargeback does not claw it back.

Payouts

Available earnings are paid out monthly, on the 15th, once your Available balance reaches at least $25. Balances under $25 carry forward to the next month. Payout setup (how you receive funds) is not yet available; when it opens, you'll choose how you receive payouts from the available options. We'll let you know when it does.

Prohibited conduct

You may not:

• Refer yourself, including through a second account.
• Create fake or duplicate accounts, or have others create them for you.
• Boost your own referred accounts, or arrange for Boosts to them, in order to earn.
• Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages with your code or link.
• Make misleading claims about Boosted, including promising anyone earnings or results.
• Impersonate Boosted or Settlr LLC, or suggest you work for or speak for us.
• Bid on "Boosted" or similar terms in paid search or other paid advertising.

Review, holds and forfeiture

We review ambassador activity to protect the program. An earning can be held for review, for example when the person paying for a Boost appears to be connected to you. Held earnings don't count toward Pending or Available until review is complete. Earnings tied to fraud or to a breach of these terms may be voided, and you forfeit them.

Independent contractor and taxes

Taking part doesn't make you an employee, agent or partner of Settlr LLC. You're responsible for any taxes on your earnings. Before payouts, you may need to provide tax information, such as a W-9.

Changes to the program

We may change these terms, or change or end the program, at any time. Changes apply going forward and don't affect earnings that are already Available.

Termination

You can stop taking part at any time. We may suspend or end your participation, including if you break these terms or our Terms of Service. While suspended, your code doesn't work and no new earnings are added.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
